Leonardo Jose Babauta-or to me, Dad-has had a huge influence on me. Thanks to Dad, I've become a more respectable person. I've still got some stuff to work on, but with Dad's help, I now eat at the very least one fruit a day. I always finish my vegetables. (That sentence sounded kind of like I was a geeky toddler showing off.) Dad taught me about blogging, and exercise, and best of all: a healthy life style.
Before: I'd eat Vanilla Wafers or Chips Ahoy as a daytime snack. My lunch bag was filled with junk like Spam, KFC, McDonalds, Receese, Kit Kat, Wendy's, the list goes on. My Breakfasts would be Doughnuts, Fried Rice, Froot Loops, and other Junk. I still like that stuff, but I don't eat them as much.
My lunches now: no meat Spagghetti, no meat Chili and beans, meatless Tacos, Salmon, Grilled Cheese, and loads of healthy stuff. I eat a fruit with or after breakfast and sometimes after lunch. My breakfasts have become Heart to Heart cereal, Life, Kashi Waffles, Chex, Cherios, Kicks, and occasionally a peanut butter toast (on special occasions, I have cinnamon rolls). Thanks to Dad, my future will not include Diabetes, Heart Disease, or Stroke. All I need to add is the excersise.
I AM VERY HAPPY TO HEAR THAT YOU HAVE GOT A HEAD START ON LIVING A HEALTHY LIFE. I THINK THIS IS THE ONLY WAY THAT YOU WILL LIVE TO SEE A 100 YEARS? I THINK THAT WAS A GREAT BLOG. I AM SO PROUD TO SEE YOU WRITING AT SUCH A YOUNG AGE. TAKE CARE.

That's great, Jude! I definitely need to work on Ella & Lauren's diet. Give them a nudge, okay?
